Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Date: 07/21/2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of any package offered by Tripl3 MMM LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or purchasing any package, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Packages & Pricing

Sapphire Package: $3,000
Diamond Package: $6,000
Platinum Package: $10,000
Ultimate Titanium Package: $20,000

Each package includes consulting, training, resources, and empowerment services as described in Company materials. Exact deliverables may vary at Company’s discretion.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are non-refundable. Client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed and that fees compensate the Company for time, knowledge, and services rendered.
Any payment plan must be honored in full. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to participate actively, provide accurate information, and follow guidance given.
Results depend on Client’s own actions, decisions, and efforts. The Company makes no guarantee of financial or business outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages (including lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from or related to services.
Client agrees that the maximum liability of the Company under any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the package purchased.

5. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Services provided are for educational and empowerment purposes only. The Company does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Client is solely responsible for consulting with licensed professionals before making decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, and resources provided are the exclusive property of Tripl3 MMM LLC. Client receives a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
Venue: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Waiver of Class Actions & Jury Trials: Client waives the right to participate in class actions, jury trials, or consolidated legal proceedings against the Company.
Arbitration Clause: Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration is the exclusive remedy, and Client waives any right to sue in court.
Client further agrees not to pursue any claims of damages beyond the amount paid for the package purchased.

8. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tripl3 MMM LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from Client’s participation in services.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if Client engages in illegal, unethical, or disruptive conduct.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Company. No oral or written statements outside this Agreement shall modify its terms unless signed by both parties.
