Company: Tripl3 MMM LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us”)

These Terms & Conditions govern the payment of a $1.00 administrative fee for individuals registering through Tripl3 MMM LLC to receive information about potential contracting or recruiting opportunities with Globe Life National Income Division (“Globe Life”). By paying the administrative fee and submitting your registration, you agree to the following:

1. Non-Affiliation Notice
Tripl3 MMM LLC is an independent business entity. We are separate and apart from Globe Life.
We do not operate as an employer, recruiter, or agent for Globe Life.
Globe Life is solely responsible for any hiring or contracting decisions.

2. Purpose of Administrative Fee
The $1.00 administrative fee covers internal registration and processing only.
Payment does not guarantee:
• An interview
• Licensing approval
• Employment or contracting
• Any specific income or opportunity

3. No Liability
Tripl3 MMM LLC and Globe Life shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or unwanted outcomes resulting from:
• Denial of contracting or employment
• Licensing or background check costs
• Income expectations or lack of earnings
• Voluntary participation choices

You assume full responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

4. No Refund Policy
The administrative fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome or participation status.

5. Independent Decision-Making
You acknowledge you are responsible for your own evaluation of all opportunities and requirements and may discontinue participation at any time.

6. Personal Information Use
Your information is used solely for administrative and referral purposes necessary to complete your submission.

7. Governing Law and Legal Protection
Tripl3 MMM LLC is registered in the State of Nevada. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Nevada state law. Any disputes or claims arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of Nevada courts. This clause protects Tripl3 MMM LLC’s legal rights and limits liability within applicable state law boundaries.

By purchasing any package, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
